What I got for Christmas....

Yay! I also got a pretty silver butterfly wind chime and a sleeping bag, but they have mysteriously disappeared....
As you can tell, the chocolates are already half eaten :-)
I'm so happy I got the Twilight books! I finished Eclipse in 3 days! Lol, I'm trying to hold off reading Breaking Dawn until 2010....

The books came with these cute picture/posters/whatever-they-ares thingys:

I'm sorry if I sound like I'm bragging - I'm not. I hope you all had a lovely lovely Chrissy filled with turkey and pressies. We're heading up to the beach for New Year - some place called Yanakie or something. I love New Year. It makes me feel like I'm turning over a new leaf - a chance to start again. And to do it by the beach! Oh, I can't wait.

Write again soon,

A Picture Is Worth 1,000 Words

Not much to say. Just came back from camp. Was LOADS of fun, except for the fact that S, M and I had to share a cabin with a snotty girl from another school who called us psychos and screamed at us because we were taking along time in the showers. Going to see New Moon tommoz with M, maybe S too. Can't wait. Opened a tumblr account called ♥GlitterCupcakes♥. Might go watch Princess Dairies for a bit of girly me time. Leaving you for now with a few cute pics.

Howdy :-)

Helloooooooooo my friends! Yes, it is really truly me. I haven't died in a plane crash back from Fiji, i just haven't had much time to blog since I got back. Mostly coz....we had the dancing concert! That went really well. I'm really happy with myself - I didn't stuff up too much and remembered to smile. Before we went onstage I was really nervous because there were over 100 people there, and I don't usually get stage fright but just in caseItoldy friend to kick me if I stop breathing because I didn't want to turn blue :-)

Here are a couple of photos from Fiji:

I can't put up more coz my computer goes really..............slow and almost shuts down. So yeah. Enjoy these two :-)

Ooh, ooh guess what? I've just read Twilight and New Moon! I didn't quite gt what the craze was about, and then my best friend S bought Twilight, read it, got brainwashed and pretty much shoved it into my arms and ordered me to read it. The rest, they say, is history. Ok, so they don't say that, whoever they are, but you get the picture. I just finished reading New Moon today at one in the morning (what? i just came back from the concert and I was too hyped up to sleep!). It's sooo cool. I already bought Twilight on DVD and S and I are going to watch New Moon soon. Yay!

Speaking of... don't you think the song 'Breathe' by Taylor Swift would be PERFECT for the forest scene in the movie New Moon? Like at the start when Edward tells her what he's gonna do? I won't spoil it for those who haven't read it yet! Like, some of the lyrics include

People are people and sometimes we change our minds
But it's killing me to see you go after all this time

and

Never a clean break, no one here to save me
You're the only thing I know like the back of my hand

and

And I can't breathe
Without you, but I have to
Breathe
Without you, but I have to

and...oh, just look at them here. And listen to it here. It's perfect, right? Do they use it in h movie? Puh-lease tell me!

Well, this is kinda turning out to be a long-ish post so I'll wind it up with a
goodbye!!

♥☻☺

Hello my little blogger peeps. As usual, I haven't been posting much. Sorry. Nothing much has been happening. Except I went to the Show. But I won't tell you much about that coz it's kinda boring. I'll just show you a pic (that I found on the internet) of a ride that I went on. Except it had two seats and was black. I went with S. What happens is they strap you in, and then the ball spins around and around in all different directions! Yes, I did get sick. No, I didn't throw up. :-)

Oh yeah, just remembered. Anna and i just put Site Meter up at our Aussie book-reviewing blog Cherry Banana Split, but we need a lot more people to just visit, or maybe even comment or follow, so we can start receiving books. Maybe then we might even have competitions....! Puh-leeeeeease check it out here. Please?
Cool. So....ummmm.....yeah. This isn't much of a post, is it? Hmmm, no. Well, soon I'll try to post something interesting.
Oh, here's something funny. Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato (bbf's since they were seven or something) made a video here. It's HILARIOUS! lol
BUT! Miley Cyrus (who i'm not crazy about) and her friend Mandy made a mocking video! Omg, watch it here.
Well, I'm gonna leave you with that. Have a good day!
Ciao,

Hahaha

Lol, this is such a funny way to save the world!

First, if you haven't heard 'Girlfriend' by Avril Lavigne, listen to it here.
Then, (hehehe) listen to this.

Trust me, it's so eco-friendly, I don't even know why I'm laughing. Just listen to it.

Blah Blah Blah

Don't ask me how the title came into my mind, it was a random thought.

Ahh, it is so good to be on holidays! Even though a week's already passed, it still feels like heaven. Sleeping in, baking goodies and staying up late to watch the stars dance. :)

Though I can't go outside to enjoy my new bike because it has been raining NON-STOP, and even if it wasn't there's not much to do except cycle to the pool and back, and there and back, and there and back, and there and...*cough* *cough*, you get the idea. ☺

A few weeks ago...or maybe it was a month....I received my prize for the Cathy Cassidy writing competition I won. I keep wanting to take a photo, but the stuff is all over the place, and some bits are at school. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but I hope you don't mind if I got slightly less than a thousand....

I got:

-A cupcake themed letter writing set (I LOVE receiving snail mail. Not only that, but I looooove cupcakes! This blog was originally gonna be called 'Cupcake Glitter'...)

-A green pen with white polka-dots (green ink)

-A fairie badge (to go with the theme FAIRYtales)

-Two snazzy bookmarks

A letter from Cathy

:)

I think I shall go now, dinner is ready and I'm hungry....until next time,

Lil' Pics....

Hiya peeps. Today at dancing we finally got to the costumes for one of the dances! It's very...bright. I might put up some pictures. But not until December, when the concert's over. Anyways, I was just looking through my folder on the computer the other day, and I realised how many pics I have! I've been collecting them from blogs, emails, websites, etc. for years! So I think I should put a few on my blog. Maybe I can put them up on a certain day, and give it a name...like Sunday Gallery? Something better than that though! So, I would love to hear your ideas. Just comment. Beanie, I know you always have great ideas! So I'll show you a few....

P.S.
Cat - Anna and I don't really mind what colours for the background and banner will be. Maybe something bright to catch people's attention...not too bright though!

Flying....

Today I rode to and from school on my bike. It felt so wonderful, going at full speed with the wind blowing my hair back and opening my eyes. Maybe this is what flying feels like. I got home in a record of 13 minutes, when usually it takes me 20. That meant I had a few extra minutes of free time to read, write or listen to music. My lovely friend M has let me burn her Taylor Swift CD. I was actually gonna buy it. Good thing I didn't. :)

Ok, I'm gonna put the positive thing o pause for a bit, and moan a bit about something I got on Friday. Sorry, I hope you don't mind. Don't read on if you do. Anyway, on Friday I got....braces. Yes, it is true. And oh, it is so very horrible! It hurts very very much and I can't bite anything at all! Waaaa. I think it's a bit long for them to still be hurting. My friends say they look fine and the pain will go away, but it is hard to believe them. Also, I am not allowed lollies. Like, AT ALL. Which is sad, as I am such a sweet tooth. Oh well. Do any of my readers have braces? If so, please tell me about them!

Oh, and I got a few awards lately. Sorry I havn't posted them up soner! I can't think of anyone to give them to, so I'll give them to my followers. If you followed me before the 7th of September 2009 8pm (Australian Standared Time), you may have these awards. Thnx 2 Rachel, Amber and Sasha!

Thanks again! Before I go, guess what Cathy Cassidy's new book is gonna be called? Cherry Crush! Thanks for telling me Anna! I CAN'T WAIT!!!

A New Bicylce and Sweet Blossoms...

Hello bloggers!
Today I finally received my new bike! My old one is about like, up to my knee and is horribly old. My new one is light blue and just the right height! I am so excited. I can't wait to ride it to school on Monday!

Also, today is the third day of spring. It's SO lovely! I reckon spring is my favourite season. Not too hot, not too cold, and of course all the cherry trees start to blossom! It looks so fairytale-ish. Outside our house is a beautiful peach blossom tree. I'll have some pictures up as soon as I replace the battery in my camera. Which might take a while. :)

Oh, before I got, I would like to tell you about a lovely blog, Pixie Dust and Rose Petals. It is so very poetic and positive, I love it!!! Please check it out!

Well Hello....and Sorry For Being a Lazy Blogger!

As I am writing this, I am nibbling on a toffee apple and listening to 'Fearless' by Taylor Swift. Jealous? :)
I slept until 10:30 today. What? It IS a Sunday! Hahaha, that isn't really the reason though.

Y'see, yesterday we played our last netball game of the season. *Sob*. It actually went pretty well. OK, it went REALLY well! In fact, it went so well that we bet the other team by 16 goals!!! Honest! I can't believe it really. The other team must've been having a pretty bad day!!! So anyway, the footy season finished that day too, and every year on that day, we have a presentation night. It's a night when everyone dresses up, and all the awards and stuff are given out in the town hall. Oh, and we have dinner as well. AND entertainment! This year the theme was fashion parades, and it was SOOOOO funny! Each grade (Under 13 netball, under 16 netball, under 16 football, etc.) had to do their own parade down the stage. There was swimwear, sportswear, and ours was....baby/kids wear!

I wore a little navy-blue dress with flowers and teddy bears on it over tights and a t-shirt. I put my hair in two long plaits and wore crocs (the shoes, not the reptiles!) on my feet. My friend was dressed up as a fairieand we had a fight over a teddy. She won, so I threw a tantrum, which the crowd loved. Some of my other friends dressed up as baby twins, bunny rabbits, barbie dolls, and K wore a nappy! Our coach dressed up as Tiger! It was SO MUCH FUN!!! But it finished at like, 1 am!

Right now I'm reading My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. The movie just came out! I don't think I really wanna watch the movie though. The book's sad enough. There might be a review up at Cherry Banana Split soon.

Well, I gotta go. Cherry blossom trees to water, reading to do. TTYL!

A Wonderful Day and Positive Thnking

I have just been reading over my blog posts and I've realised that I don't sound really positive. That is why I have decided to try to make my posts more positive and care-free. That was actually the kind of blog I was aiming to write in the first place!

Last Friday I went to the mobile library (a library on wheels that visits small towns like ours every two weeks). Since I couldn't find any good books to read, I hoped on the computer and searched for 'Lisa Clark'. Immediately all her lovely books came up on the page, indicating that the library has them! I was oh so excited, especially because her fiction books were there too, and I didn't even know they were out in Australia yet! I asked for 'Think Pink' and the nice librarian told me that she'll order it for me from another mobile library. I am really excited now.

Yesterday was such a lovely, warm day. Quite strange because it's winter now. But the sun was shining and the gentle breeze made everything so nice. I went for a walk with my brother and took my camera. he clouds looked like soft, fairy floss cushions in the sky. The little yellow flowers look a bit like mini suns.

You may have noticed that I've put one of those music-playing-teddy bear thingys on my sidebar. So now you can listen to sweet music when you read my posts. Lots of Taylor Swift, she's my favourite!

Enjoy your day.

Random Facts

Here are some very random (and weird and unusual) facts I found. Enjoy!

1. Starfish don't have brains.

2. The longest recorded flight of a chicken is 13 seconds.

3. The short-term memory capacity for most people is between five and nine items or digits. This is one reason why telephone numbers were kept to seven digits for so long.

4. An ostrich's eye is bigger than it's brain!

5. The pupil of an eye expands as much as 45% when a person looks at something pleasing.

6. Cats have better memories than dogs.

7. (Don't read this if you get grossed out really easily. Or before bed.) In the course of an average lifetime you will, while sleeping, eat 70 assorted insects and 10 spiders. Ewww, right?

8. A polar bear's skin is black.

9. The strongest muscle in the body is the tounge.

10. It is physically impossible for pigs to look up to the sky.

So.....did you like them? Should I have more? Comment and tell me what you think!

My New Phobia

It's official as of today. I'm scared of magpies.

I was just standing on the oval at school when one just swooped down on me missing my head by centemetres. I swear it's eyes were red. Spooky. Also today I was walking home, and I decided to cut through the outdoor tennis courts. The nets are all packet away at winter, so it looked just like a massive field wih random poles. Then I saw him. The magpie was pretty big, and it was just staring at me. It was! I remembered that someone once told me that if a magpie starts to swoop, the best thing to do is grab a stick and wave it over your head. Or f you don't have a stick, just use your arms. Well, I couldn't see a stick anywhere so I started waving my arms over my head like a fool. I hope no one saw me.

So yeah. Does anyone else have any phobias? Any strange or funny ones? I know that Sasha from The Sweet Bonjour has a phobia of buttons (sorry to rub it in, Sasha!)!
Just comment and let me know!

Worst Day Of The Year

...Well it was for me. First I woke up at like two in the morning and I could get to sleep until six, so I only go five hours of sleep. Then I couldn't get my usual fix of the internet because I had to quickly finish writing a letter to my grandpa. I got a really bad hair day. Then when I was getting dressed I realised that I forgot to put my school pants in the wash on Friday, so I had to go to school with paint-splattered pants. As soon as I came through the school gates a basketball hit me on the head. I have to write an article for the school newspaper and I just realised the deadline is Wednesday. My friends were acting grumpy. I got pretty much every single sum wrong in math. I led the whole team down in Sport. I embarrassed myself by falling over in front of like, everyone. The most annoying boy in school chose me as his victim today. I couldn't sign into my Neopets account. And when I got home I realised I forgot my key on the kitchen table, and I sat there in the cold for two hours before getting the sense to go and check if any of the back doors were open, and realising that one was, and I could've just walked in and settle myself in front of the heater all this time. There.

Sorry to be such a grumpy blogger, but I had to just let it all out. You know what would make me feel better? If you told me about YOUR worst day. Please comment.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

Hello! Just doing a little catch-up post:

Okay, first, reminding you about Anna's and mine new blog, Cherry Banana Split, which reviews Australian books. I still haven't put up a review, but I promise I will after school.

And...oh, I have tasted tacos for the first time ever yesterday, and, yeah, they were nice.

Our class is also doing a school newspaper! Right now we're figuring out who'll do which job, and I really want to be editor, interviewer or book reviewing person. Fingers crossed!

Last but most definitely not least - Sara, from Dragonfly Book Reviews, is having a challenge to celebrate her blog being 1 year old! Wooop!

Rules and stuff are here.

The books you're meant to read are here.

Have lots and lots of fun! You might even win a special prize! I'll try to take part, but I am very busy so I can't promise anything!

Cherry blossom wishes,

Pssssst, I Have A Secret.....

There's actually a few. Want me to spill? Okay....

I haven't read/watched 'Twilight', I don't have Twitter, MSN, facebook or Windows Live Messenger, the only Lisa Clark book I've read is 'Think Pink', I haven't read/seen any of the 'Harry Potter' stories, I haven't watched the 'Hannah Montana Movie', I've never even watched 'Toy Story' when I was little and before the 'Twilight' craze I didn't have a clue who Robert Patterson is, however you spell his last name. So yeah. I'm pretty old fashioned. Anyone else like me? I'm gonna improve soon. At least I have a blog. TWO now, actually....

If you haven't heard already, Anna (from Anna Banana) and I have started out own book blog! We'll be mainly focusing on Australian books, but we'll review others if their really good. Huge thanks to Beanie for thinking up our name, 'Chery Banana Split', and for everyone else for drawing our attention to it. You rock!

Check out our blog here. PLEASE check it out! We're just starting out so there isn't many posts, but give us time and we'll be bursting with reviews. There might also be a competition on soon........

Super Pledge

HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII! How's everyone? Good? Bad? Cold? I know I am. Those people in the Northern Hemisphere..........I envy you!

So, anyway. If you've been reading Anna Banana's blog, you'll most likely know about the 'Hands And Words Are Not For Hurting' project. If you don't, well no panicking because I'm here an I'll tell you ALL about it.

So. The HAWANFH project is like a pledge that you take to help stop abuse, which gives me the creepies. I, personally think it's a FABULOUS idea and everyone who's heart isn't made of steel, or who doesn't have little siblings, should do it!

I've copied the instructions from Anna's blog:

'this involves taking the pledge(saying it or you could write it on your piece of paper) and either tracing round you hand in purple texta or dipping your hand in paint printing it. we make purple hands because purple is the we use to honor and remember victims of violence, people to afraid to get help and those who have died. it is also considered the colour of feminism. the read heart symbolises when you get hurt or when you hurt someone else that it hurts deeply. the open hand (the shape you trance) means stop, think before you make the decision on your actions. finally when taking the pledge you say it with one hand raise like if in court and you really mean, their is no point taking the pledge if you don't mean it. you them write your name and age and stick it up somewhere important. the pledge is:

"I will not use my hands or words to hurt others or myself."'

Ooooooooooooookayyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Hope you all take the pledge!

To get more info, go to http://www.handsproject.org/home/. Or read 'Call Me Hope', which is obviously a book.

See ya!

Cathy Cassidy Interview!

THIS is the REALLY exciting thing that I mentioned in my posts! Eeeeek! An interview with my favourite author, Cathy Cassidy! I hope you enjoy!

1. Hi Cathy! Thanks so much for doing this interview! So is there someone or something that inspired you to start writing?
I've always wanted to be a writer... I loved daydreaming, and writing the dreams down was just the next step forward! If one person was an inspiration, I'd have to say my lovely Dad, who sadly died recently... he gave me a love of stories, the courage to dream big and the enthusiasm and determination to make the dreams happen. When someone you love really believes in you, you truly can do anything.

2. How do you come up with such unique characters and names? Are they ever based on anyone you know?
I collect interesting or unusual names from readers who email me or whom I meet at book festivals and on school visits... cool! Then I weave a character around the name... I also get inspiration from readers at book events! If someone looks interesting, they may spark off the beginnings of a character!
3. Do people ever come up to you on the streets screaming 'Omg, it's CATHY CASSIDY!!! Eeeeek! Can I have an autograph?!" If so, does it annoy you?
No. Authors are very rarely THAT famous... unless you are JK Rowling!!! I do sometimes get spotted at book festivals or in my local supermarket, but it's always very sweet and polite!

4. If you HAD to, which ones of your books would you write a sequel to?
My book Lucky Star is a 'kind of' sequel to Dizzy, all about Mouse when he is 14 years old. You'll find out what happened to some of your other fave characters, too! Check it out... I think you'll like it! That is the closest to sequel I have done.

5. Were you surprised when you found out how good your first book, Dizzy was selling?
Yes... I was just happy to have had a book published, but to find kids were connecting with it so much was brilliant!

6. Why did you decide to start writing books for younger readers like Shine on Daizy Star?
My publishers asked if I'd have a go... and I thought it might be fun!

7. If you weren't a writer, what would you be?
I would probably still be an art teacher or an agony aunt for a teen mag, jobs I still did until recently... they were fab!

8. Can you give us a little clue on what your next book will be about?
Will it be for older or younger readers?
The very next book out in Australia will be called 'Letters To Cathy'. 'Letters To Cathy' is a non-fiction book answering some of the questions readers send me on growing up, friendship, family, school, boys... and much, much more. It will be out in November. I think you'll like it!!!! The 'Cathy Cassidy Dreams & Doodles Daybook' will also be available in Australia then. Next Spring, the second 'younger' book, 'Daizy Star & The Pink Guitar' will be on sale (ages 7-11).Then, in the autumn, there will be the first in a new series for my usual age group... it's still top secret, so keep an eye on my website cathycassidy.com for more details once I start writing!

9. If you had to live on the moon with only one book, which would it be?
I'd pick a big blank-paged notebook so I could draw and write my own stories.... then I'd never get bored!

10. Would you rather live in Antarctica or Africa?
Either place would be a real struggle for me. It'd have to be Antarctica with a centrally heated house, or Africa with a house that has air conditioning! I'd probably go for Africa if I had to choose... it's an amazing continent!

11. Thanks so much for doing this interview! The last question is: If you were the Queen for a day, what would you do?
Wow! I would create a new teen or pre-teen parliament to help young people with THEIR problems... put daydreaming onto the school timetable of every school in the land... and free cake & smoothies at breaktime, too! I'd also make National Best Friends Day (4th July) into INTERNATIONAL best friends day, so kids around the world could celebrate it. And I would ask everyone to sign up to the FRIENDSHIP CHARTER on my website cathycassidy.com - actually, I'll ask anyway! Please sign up if you can, and say NO to bullying and YES to the power of friendship. Yay!!! Thanks Stacey... fab questions!

Notebooks and......Oh Just Stuff!

Helloooooooooooooooooo my faithful readers! Wassup?! The other day my Mum bought me these REALLY cool notebooks from Smiggle! This one:

In which I'll keep short stories, poems, story starters and MORE!

And a gold one in which I'll keep interesting bits and pieces that I can later work into a story.

So..... holidays have started! Actually they started on Friday but you know. Both Mum AND Dad are working so I have to stay home mostly, but that means I'll be bloggin' a lot! Yesterday my lil' bro was just watching TV and I was on the computer 'cause it was really windy outside and we were bored. So then EVERYTHING turned off. Because of all the wind, a tree fell over and hit the power line! So we started collecting candles so we wouldn't have to find them when it's dark, and thank goodness I have a mobile phone 'cause otherwise no one would've been able to get through to check we were all right!

My phone:

last time we had a windy day like this a whirl-wind thingy came and took our trampoline and took it out to we the golf course! We live like, really close to the golf course! So it got caught in a tree then fell down and absolutely got totally bent. Scary yet seriously true!

Oh and about a week ago I told my Mom's and Dad's friend about the 101 tasks in 1001 days thingy and he said he'd do it! So today I was just sitting on the sofa, writing in my new notebook when my Dad comes in and goes, 'There's a letter for you. From the USA!'. I got like totally confused 'cause no one I know lives in the USA or is on holiday there right now. So I open it up and realise it's a postcard from that very friend! He said one of his goals was to visit Los Angeles/California and he'd done it! I'm like, 'NO WAY!!!' I mean, I sent someone to Los Angeles! Really! Talk about exciting!

Thanks to everyone, especially Beanie, for giving us an idea for our blog name. Now we're stuck-Cherry Banana Twist or Cherry Banana Split? Comment!

OK, now I should go but before I do I'll warn you that something REALLY exciting is going to appear on this blog SOON....................

ChickLitChicks!

I finally uploaded a video of myself on to ChickLitChicks! Yay! I tried like, a HEAP of times to upload the video here but for some strange reason my computer just starts humming really, really loud like it's angry or something and then just gives up and quietly shuts down. So instead, just click here.
Don't watch it if you want to just think of me as a secret, mysterious blogger gal. My hair looks all weird and voice sounds REALLY strange anyhow.

So anyway my friend lent me all these really good books to read on the holidays, but I'm already halfway through them. She gave me 'Stirring it Up', 'Lucky Star', 'Sunny Side Up' and 'Blue Gene Baby'. I've read 'Lucky Star' and 'Sunny Side Up' before, but I just felt like reading them again and 'Blue Gene Baby' is the second book in the Silk Sisters series, and unfortunately I haven't read the first book yet which might make things a bit complicated. . .

Speaking of books Anna (from Anna Banana) and I might have our Aussie book blog up soon! We have no idea what to call it though. Any ideas?

NEWS!!!

Hiiiiiiii. I've got bad news, cute news, cool news, and exciting news.

First, the bad news. I've got a cold! I hate colds! My brother's got it too and we both have to stay home 'cause Mum and Dad are at work. Looking after my lil' bro is pretty tough, 'cause he's always full of energy. Except today. I just planted him in front of the TV, put on the ABC kids channel and quietly sneaked away. Mwa ha ha.

Cute news: check out these pics!

Isn't it just sooooooooooo cute? It's baby hedgehog, if you're not feeling well.
Cool news:
Our school is having a casual clothes day on Friday, since it's the last day of term! I'm gonna wear black skinny jeans, a long black-and-white striped jumper, runners (sneakers, whatever you wanna call them), and my hair up in a pony tail. Oh, and a silver headband.
Exciting news:
I'm joined Sasha's and Sara's YouTube channel! I'll tell you when I upload a video! The channel's all about books. Cool, right?
Well, I guess that's it.
Ciao!

A Very Wet Game Of Netball

Today we had netball, and it was raining SO hard! Before I tell you what happened, I need to tell you about the event. Now, every Saturday people from around the area come to see the netball/hockey/football (but mostly football) and after the game stay the whole afternoon socialising/flirting/gossiping/eating/fooling around. So here's what happened today. The court was flooded but we still had to play in our little skirts and polo tops. Brrrr. So it was VERY hard because the we all kept slipping over and the ball was extremely slippery which made it almost impossible to catch, let alone defend. After the game I was so SO SO cold and wet that I asked Dad to drive me straight home instead of staying in this sub zero temperature, and then I had a looong, hot shower and spent the rest of the afternoon reading books in front of the heater. What? I deserved it. I jumped in an ankle-deep, muddy puddle to get that darned ball and we still lost 10 to three, AND my arms got so cold I literally couldn't lift them up or move them quickly. Well, now the weather's brightened up so that's good!

Award-a-mania!

OMG! This morning I found out that Sara Leslie has given me like, seven awards or something! How awfully nice of her! I am so extremely happy! Thanks SOOO much Sara! You've made me feel as happy as anything!

This is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cool! I really don't know who to give it to since Sara cheekily gave it to everyone!
Well, I guess I'll give it to Sara (obviously) plus everyone who follows me, (thats Deborah, FairyFloss, Elmo!!!!!, Mylifein-ablog, Beanie, Angela, **NeonGlitter**, Marsha, Jewels Diva, LylaStar10, Kate, Sara L, Dazzy, dudeyoustolemydress and Jessica) for being so extremely wonderful and following my blog!!! I'll also give it to Sasha from 'The Sweet Bonjour', Mizz Hannah from 'Bloom, Hope', Anna from 'Anna Banana', Lauz from 'Lauzy Blog' and Nic from 'Pinknic's Planet'.
